DAMAGES

Merchindise must be checked carfully upon receipt for damages. All claims concerning damage or shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchindise. Thank You.

RETURNS

Returned items for credit is only issued with prior authorization from us. All returns must be shipped by insured UPS or insured US mail and packed in our original shipping container.

MEASURMENTS

Great care has been taken to give accurate measurments of the image size. However, mats and frames should never be ordered/cut until you have received the actual art print.

COLOR REPRESENTATION

We have matched the color representation of our prints most carefully and accurate with the original paintings. Due to reduction in size or printing methods, slight tonal values may occur.
